Late Arrival Policy
For late arrivals, please understand that your service time may be shortened, as a courtesy to the following client receiving a service. If you arrive to your scheduled appointment time more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment to a later date & time. If you have not arrived to the spa within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and no communication has been received, then your appointment will be notated as a "no-call/no-show". Please note that fees will apply in both instances since services will be unable to be performed in both cases.
